May House Project Notes Selecting Stones for Foundation The foundation will be faced with the local native stone. Here they are selecting and moving the rocks for the foundation veneer. Rocks are placed out along the side ready for use. There is metal mesh put over the insulation so the mortar will stick properly. Here are the Stone masons installing the rocks. It looks wonderful!. Second Beam Installation The second huge beam arrives to go under the house for reinforcing the floor system. Our Architect, Paul VanDusen is also taking pictures to document the progress.
