June House Project Notes Drains in Garage Floor The garage is a three car with workshop space. One feature is the drains in the floor where each car space is located. The drains are installed on a bed of sand and gravel. Showing the layout of the drains. After the drains are installed the floor is leveled and guides for the concrete are laid. These guides will allow the floor to be sloped properly to the drains. The equipment room, where the boiler for the in-floor radiant heat system, water pump, phone and data wiring cabinet and so on must be raised. This section is where that room will be located. The original entrance to the crawlspace was near the equipment room but it has been moved now. Go To Top
