Late June Update

Well the hops have been planted less than a month and already we are having some interesting results. The plants are growing well but the new leaves are yellow, indicating a micronutrient deficiency. We have also had some insect damage.

During the inspection on 25 June we found pale green insect eggs on some of the leaves and some other black eggs or creatures on the newest shoots of other plants. Samples were taken for identification. We will post more as we get identifications back on these problems.

Individual Plant Picures
